1. PROJECT MANAGER
Responsibilities : • Ensure that all Project are delivered on time, within scope and with budget• Manage change to the Project scope, Project schedule and project cost using appropriate verification techniques• Making report all activities work to management every weeks• Successfully manage the relationship with the client and stakeholders• Perform risk management to minimize project risk• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation• Responsible for the successful project implementation• Coordinating for owner or costumer visit or inspection to the project• Have experienced all activities related of safety and regulation safety
Requirements : • Male, Max. 40 years.• Candidate must possess at least Bachelors Degree Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Other) or Equivalent• At least Min. 5 years of working experienced as Project Manager• Good Ms. Office skills, Auto cad, RAB, and other Programming• Have HSE Professional Certificate (AK3 Umum dari Kemenakertrans, POP, AK3 Migas)• Good attitude, Strong analytical and problem solving skills• Having knowledge project operation
2. SITE MANAGER
Responsibilities : • Ensure that all Project are delivered on time, within scope and with budget• Assist Project Manager in managing the construction project at site which involves overseeing assigned Project schedule and project cost, interfacing with contractor, Subcontractor, client, ensures the implementation of Quality Control and safety program• Liaising with vendor to ensure on time delivery to site and / or remedial action if required• Managing and monitoring the performance of site – based Management, staf and resources• Perform risk management to minimize Project risk• Have experienced all activities related of safety and regulation safety
Requirements : • Male, Max. 40 years.• Candidate must possess at least Bachelors Degree Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Other) or Equivalent• At least Min. 5 years of working experienced as site manager• Good Ms. Office skills, Auto cad, RAB, and other Programming• Have HSE Professional Certificate (AK3 Umum dari Kemenakertrans, POP, AK3 Migas)• Good attitude, Strong analytical and problem solving skills• Having knowledge project operation
3. SITE SUPERVISOR
Responsibilities : • Responsible and strong daily work plan in the field• Field work arrangements• Supervise the work in field for work in progress• Checking plans, drawing and count the number for accuracy• Overcome unexpected technical difficulties• Conduct strict quality control procedures• Critical, thinker, cooperation and creative• Can work under pressure and with target• Giving consideration or some advice to Project Manager or Site Manager, to accept or reject material suitable or not accurate with specifications• Supervise and inspect the material used in the project to confirm specification• Perform risk management to minimize project risk• Have experienced all activities related of safety and regulation safety
Requirements : • Male, Max. 35 years.• Candidate must possess at least Bachelors Degree Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Other) or Equivalent / Secondary Technical School (STM)• At least Min. 5 years of working experienced as Site Supervisor (Bachelors) and Min. 7 years working experienced as Site Supervisor (STM)• Good Ms. Office skills, Auto cad, RAB, and other Programming• Have HSE Professional Certificate (AK3 Umum dari Kemenakertrans, POP, AK3 Migas)• Good attitude, Strong analytical and problem solving skills• Having knowledge project operation
4. SAFETY OFFICER
Responsibilities : • Participate in meetings, workshop and conference to keep abreast issues of safety appears in site• Design, Development, Implementation, Safety System Programs to project• Facilitating employees to run the safety induction on site• Undergo a safety talk and other training activities safety• Create and present weekly report on accident• Organize, assign and brief subordinates• Respond to demobilazion order• Control area and check location every time• Understand and be able to implement a Contractor Safety Management System (CSMS)
Requirements : • Male, Max. 35 years.• Candidate must possess at least S1 Public Health or Bachelors Degree Engineering• At least Min. 3 years of working experienced as Safety Officer• Good Ms. Office skills and other Programming• Have HSE Professional Certificate (AK3 Umum dari Kemenakertrans, POP, AK3 Migas)• Good attitude, Strong analytical and problem solving skills• Having knowledge project operation
5. WELDER
Responsibilities : • Prepare WPS (Welding Procedure Specification), PQR (Performance Qualification Record) welder qualification and coordinate to creation of weld maps and welding books for all phases of project• Understand of many kind of welding (Plasma, Spray and Fuse, Tick Welding, SMAW, etc)• Able to work under pressure to meet the deadline• Have experienced all activities related of safety and regulation safety
Requirements : • Male, Max. 35 years.• Candidate must possess at least Bachelors Degree Engineering or Secondary Technical School (STM)• At least Min. 3 years of working experienced as welder operator(Bachelors) and Min. 5 years of working experienced as welder operator (STM)• Have Welder Professional Certificate (Certificate 6G)• Good attitude, Strong analytical and problem solving skills• Having knowledge project operation
6. RIGGER
Responsibilities : • Coordinated day to day works to the rigger and assist to them for any rigging, lifting activities• Ensure the safe operation of cranes and forklift machines for the stacking / positioning and turning of load, weight estimation and special lifts• Examine routine care and maintenance, fault analysis and safety of the machines in his charge• Responsible the cranes boom, accessories, maintaining the log for each crane, ensuring erection of barriers and safety sign board in respect to lifting areas• Have experienced all activities related of safety and regulation safety
Requirements : • Male, Max. 35 years.• Candidate must possess at least Bachelors Degree Engineering or Secondary Technical School (STM)• At least Min. 3 years of working experienced as Rigger (Bachelors) and Min. 5 years of working experienced as Rigger (STM)• Have Rigger Professional Certificate (Certificate Rigger Kemenakertrans)• Good attitude, Strong analytical and problem solving skills• Having knowledge project operation
7. ELECTRICIAN
Responsibilities : • Involve in preparation of Pre- Commisioning, Commisioning and start-up during project stage related with electrical equipment• Must have fundamental knowledge of electrician, instrument and mechanical• Able to understand about electrical drawing, electrical troubleshooting, fire alarm system, lightening and grounding.• Have experienced all activities related of safety and regulation safety

8. INSTRUMENT WORKER
Responsibilities : • Ensure structured rounds for all instrument equipment discover system anomalies that need be corrected• Execute preventive maintenance schedule for all instrument equipment reduce unexpected equipment shutdowns• Execute work order for all instrument equipment meet the need of other department• Ensure other department are aware of the effect and impact of change and operation of instrument equipment• Provide schedule coverage during plant emergencies• Enforce and practice all policies and regulation• Have experienced all activities related of safety and regulation safety

9. QC PERSONEL
Responsibilities : • Have knowledge the working procedures in the specific mechanical work pipeline, equipment and testing• Able to prepare and read WPS and PQR• Able to create a report NDT• Check and control during fabrication, painting and delivery progress to Project Manager• Check to ensure incoming material• Prepare record inspection• Control inspection tolls to re-calibration• Make manufacture data record (MDR)• Have experienced all activities related of safety and regulation safety
Requirements : • Male, Max. 35 years.• Candidate must possess at least Bachelors Degree Engineering• At least Min. 7 years of working experienced as Quality Control• Good Ms. Office skills, Auto CAD, Technical Drawing and Mechanical Specification• Have Quality Control Professional Certificate (NDT/PT, etc)• Good attitude, Strong analytical and problem solving skills• Having knowledge project operation
10. FITTER
Responsibilities : • In cooperation with the welder• Conduct fit-up before welding welder• Can draw, installation and measurement• Regulate the distance connections• Measuring the thickness and size of the root face• Check welder belt• Perform bridging• Have experienced all activities related of safety and regulation safety
Requirements : • Male, Max. 35 years.• Candidate must possess at least Bachelors Degree Engineering or Secondary Technical School (STM)• At least Min. 3 years of working experienced as Fitter (Bachelors) and Min. 5 years of working experienced as Fitter (STM)• Have Fitter Professional Certificate (Certificate Fitter Kemenakertrans)• Good attitude, Strong analytical and problem solving skills• Having knowledge project operation
11. OPERATOR HEAVY EQUIPMENT (MOBILE CRANE, BOOM TRUCK, etc)
Responsibilities : • Operate all heavy equipment in a save and efficient way according to all relevan legislation, policies and procedure• Perform daily safety and maintenance check• Clean heavy equipment as schedule and or required• Have experienced all activities related of safety and regulation safety
Requirements : • Male, Max. 35 years.• Candidate must possess at least Bachelors Degree Engineering or Secondary Technical School (STM)• At least Min. 3 years of working experienced as Heavy Equipment (Bachelors) and Min. 5 years of working experienced as Heavy Equipment (STM)• Have Heavy Equipment Professional Certificate• Have Driving License• Good attitude, Strong analytical and problem solving skills• Having knowledge project operation
12. DRIVER – LV
Responsibilities : • Clean, Inspect and Service Vehicle• Ensure Guest are Greeted upon arrival• Have experienced all activities related of safety and regulation safety
Requirements : • Male, Max. 35 years.• Candidate must possess at least Bachelors Degree Engineering or Secondary Technical School (STM)• At least Min. 3 years of working experienced as Driver (Bachelors) and Min. 5 years of working experienced as Driver (STM)• Have Driver Certificate• Have Driving License• Good attitude, Strong analytical and problem solving skills• Having knowledge project operation
13. SCAFFOLDER
Responsibilities : • Fixing Guard Rails and Safety Netting• Taking down the Scaffolding after a job Finished• Setting base plates on the ground at regular interval• Putting up the Scaffolding poles and Attaching the horizontal tube to them with couples• Unloading Scaffolding Equipment at the site• Fixing the Scaffolding to the building or structure to make it more stable using short• Laying Planks Across the Scaffolding for Worker to Walk on• Have experienced all activities related of safety and regulation safety
Requirements : • Male, Max. 35 years.• Candidate must possess at least Bachelors Degree Engineering or Secondary Technical School (STM)• At least Min. 3 years of working experienced as Scaffolder (Bachelors) and Min. 5 years of working experienced as Scaffolder (STM)• Have Schaffolder Professional Certificate• Good attitude, Strong analytical and problem solving skills• Having knowledge project operation
14. MECHANIC
Responsibilities : • The Postion will responsibility to handle mechanic activities in site• Have experienced all activities related of safety and regulation safety
Requirements : • Male, Max. 35 years.• Candidate must possess at least Bachelors Degree Mechanical Engineering or Secondary Technical School (STM)• At least Min. 3 years of working experienced as Mechanic (Bachelors) and Min. 5 years of working experienced as Mechanic (STM)• Having Math Skill• Having Critical Thinking Skill• Being Able to Quickly Diagnose the source of Problems• Good attitude, Strong analytical and problem solving skills• Having knowledge project operation
