Job Requirements :
- Familiar with tender/bidding activities
- Having experience in all aspects of the procurement of materials for oil & gas industry projects including material requisition, bid evaluation & interfacing with other related department.
- Minimum three (3) years experience in supply chain/ purchasing/ procurement preferably in Oil & Gas Industry.
- Good English communication skills.
- Has strong knowledge and skills of Microsoft Excel.
- Familiar with Oil and Gas projects including some technical knowledge.
- Statistical and analytical skills for evaluating supplier proposals and pricing.
- Able to multi-task and meet strict deadlines.
- Able to join immediately.
- Placement – Jakarta & Site/ Outside of Java Island (if needed).
Job Responsibilities :
- Support Proposal Commercial Team to obtain supplier proposals for the project required materials/equipment.
- Review scope of work/specification and propose bid clarification (if any).
- Responsible for sourcing, comparison, and selection with existing / potential new suppliers.
- Develop Procurement Inquiry Plan, RFQ/Material Requisition & Commercial Bid Evaluation.
- Obtain supplier techno-commercial proposal.
- Perform commercial evaluations, price analysis, review of deviations.
- Develop/summarize overall Procurement cost for management review.
