PT. Sumatera Persada Energi, an oil and gas company, is urgently looking for potential candidate to join our successful team as:

OPERATIONS MANAGER

The candidate must possess at least Bachelor degree in engineering or petroleum, obtain no less than 7 years working experience in the oil and gas industry and familiar with Production Sharing Contract (PSC) regulations.

The Operations Manager will report to General Manager and responsible of: 
- Determine goal based on management policy in oil and gas production. 
- Coordinate, direct all production operation, supporting activity and to ensure maximum oil and gas production along with its economic criteria. 
- Give technical guidance directly to the engineer and operation assistant upon production operation and well completion schedule, rescheduled program and service.
- In charge of additional facility, installation, construction and maintenance including service contract. 
- Manage the ongoing maintenance and continued operability of all production, processing, storage and lifting facilities. 
- Overall control and direction of drilling and work over. 
- Maintain excellence working relationship with departments and institute related with oil and gas production.

Job Desc :

Handling everything about Electric Submersible Pump (from installing, uninstall, re-install)

Requirement :

- Education at least graduate from Vocational High School or above (Diploma or Bachelor will be better)
- Have experience in a similar position as ESP Engineer, ESP Specialist or equivalent for at least 5 years
- Fully understand and mastering all aspect about artificial lift especially Electric Submersible Pump
- Understand all about uninstalling, installing, and commissioning ESP equipment
- Willing to be placed at all over company locations
