PT Rekayasa Cakrawala looking personnel for proposal Geothermal Project :
1. Mechanical Field Engineer (1 person)
-Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering, and
-Five (5) years hands on experiences in mechanical disciplines on geothermal operation or oil and gas
-Understanding fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, and heat transfer.
2. Civil/Structural Field Engineer (1 person)
-Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering
-Five (5) years of experience
- Understand very well about civil and structure design standards, specification, calculation, criteria and failure criteria with various type of materials (steel, wood and FRP).
- Proficient with civil/structure engineering design specification, calculation, architecture engineering design practice and procedures.
3. Electrical Engineer (1 person)
- Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering
- Five (5) years of experience on electrical device system, electrical on geothermal operation or oil and gas.
- Understand advance knowledge of electrical devices and system, electrical material, design, installation, and inspection as per codes, standards and best practices such as PUil, IEEE, IEC, NEMA, NFPA and others; and
-Proficient in using ETAP Software
4. Control & Instrument Engineer (1 person)
-Bachelor (BS) degree in Electrical/Instrument/Physics Engineering
-Five (5) years of experience in facilities and process safety on geothermal operation or oil and gas
-Capableof designing instrumentation and protection system for process equipment or system
-Familiar with ISA, API, ANSI, NEMA, IEEE, and other international Electrical and Instrumentation Engineering Standard
5. Piping Stress Analysis Engineer (1 person)
-Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering
-Minimum 5 (five) years hands on experiences in piping and stress analysis in geothermal piping system
-Advanced knowledge in strength of materials, design failure criteria, fatigue criteria, various type of stress
-Conversant with ASME 831.1, ASME 831.3, and ASME Section VIII Div. 1, especially related to piping design
-Familiar with PSA software Auto-PIPE, for modeling and analysis of piping system and conversant with best practice piping report and review
6,7,8,9 Field Inspector (Mechanical, Civil/Structural, Electrical and Control & Instrumentation)
-D3 with three {3) years experiences; or Technical school (SMK/STM) graduate with minimum seven (7) years of experience
-Understand various types of engineering drawings: P&ID PFD, Isometric, pipe layout, civil drawing, electrical and instrumentation drawing, etc
-Familiar with basic knowledge for each engineering discipline
10. Mechanical and Piping Drafter (1 person)
-Minimum Senior High School Degree or equivalent
-Familiar with pipe and fitting specifications
-Conversant with various type of mechanical, piping, and civil symbol, standards, and drawings (P&ID, plan, piping and equipment layout, foundation layout, section view, isometric, pipe spool)
-Proficient of using latest version of Auto-Cad, MS-Excel, and MS-Word
-Familiar with material take off process and can develop MTO and bill of material (BOM)
11. Civil and structural Drafter (1 person)
-Minimum Senior High School Degree or equivalent
-Familiar with civil and structural specifications
-Conversant with various type of civil and structural symbol, standards, and drawings (layout plan, foundation layout, section view, isometric)
-Proficient of using latest version of Auto-Cad, MS-Excel, and MS-Word
-Familiar with material take off process and can develop MTO and bill of material (BOM)
12. Electric and Instrument Drafter (1 person)
-Minimum Senior High School Degree or equivalent
-Conversant with various type of electrical and instrument symbol, standards, and drawings (schematic diagram, equipment wiring diagram, single and tree-line diagrams, floor plan lay-out wiring diagram, P&ID, block diagram)
-Proficient of using latest version of Auto-Cad, MS-Excel, and MS-Word
-Familiar with material take off process and can develop MTO and bill of material {BOM)
